• The product is returned in its original condition, unopened and unused.

Refund Process

To initiate a refund, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for the return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
